Speaker: Carmen Angeles has over 32 years’ experience in the Workers’ Compensation industry in claims administration and management. She is also a seasoned instructor with the Insurance Education Association. Carmen has an excellent grasp and application of California Labor Code and Case Law which governs workers’ compensation issues including Education Code and Public Entities. In addition, she has extensive knowledge of investigation, pursuance, and management of fraud cases. Some of the courses she teaches are:
